To join LMTA or to renew your annual membership, please download and complete the membership form shown here. Renewing members should make sure your Emergency Contact details are up to date.  You should post the completed form and remittance to the Membership Secretary at the address shown on page 2.

If you are paying by Bank Transfer then your membership card will be available after the next LMTA Bank Statement is received by the Secretary. Your new Membership card can be collected from the Mess Room.

If you would like your membership card to be posted to you then please add a donation of £1.00 to your remittance to cover postage.
